Choco~Lac is a powdered chocolate creamer for use in hot
water. These mixtures are ready to drink.
Choco~Lac is made from low fat cocoa powder, sugar, glucose syrup,
hardened vegetable fat, milk derivatives, proteins, stabilizers
(E340/415/452), emulsifiers (E471/472), salt and fibre.
Choco~Lac, chocalate drink has a pleasant strong full
chocolate taste drink. The product can also be used in mixtures like
bakery and icecream industry.
