Application |

MFP 65 has been designed to suit meat products applications where
specific viscosity, fat, emulsification and gelling properties are
required.
MFP 65 is used in sausages, lunchmeat, frankfurters, salami,
patties, manufactured meats and other emulsified products. The dosage
is approximately 3-5% on total solids. |
